For our next meeting on Monday, 13th April, the invited speaker is Charlie Neeson, a motorbike rider for the registered charity, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire Blood Bikes (SSCBB).

Established in 2014, SSCBB’s mission is to support the NHS by the provision of free, out of hours, secure courier transport for any urgent medical requirements to enhance patient care; to promote a positive image of the motorcycling community and to encourage safe riding standards.  They cover some 6,543 sq.km in Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire, and in 2025 travelled 335,144 miles and completed 7,744 jobs.  In 2018 they received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.

The charity has a fleet of 18 high powered, high specification motorbikes ridden by experienced advanced motorcyclists, plus 4 blood cars for all weather deliveries, and is run by volunteer controllers, delivery drivers and fund raisers.

Anyone wishing to come along to the meeting as a guest can contact the club through the Contact Page of this web site, or if preferred they can ring 07717 375505 to speak to a current member.
